Orbo

Orbo — Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Orbo. By using the app you accept

them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Apple requires that apps selling auto-renewable subscriptions link to terms of

use. If you prefer, Apple's standard EULA also applies:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

1. Orbo is not medical advice

Read this part properly. It matters more than the rest.

Orbo is a timer. It records when you start and stop eating, and it names the

metabolic phases commonly associated with elapsed fasting time. It does not

diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a medical device.

Nothing in Orbo is medical advice. **Talk to a doctor before starting any

fasting programme**, and especially if you:

Stop fasting and seek medical help if you feel faint, confused,

short of breath, unusually weak, or unwell in any way.

Fasting-phase descriptions in the app are general information drawn from

published sources. They are not measurements of your body. Orbo has no way to

know what is happening inside you.

You use Orbo at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health

decisions.

2. Your account

You do not need one. If you create one, keep your sign-in method secure and

tell us if you suspect it has been compromised. You must be at least 13, and old

enough to form a binding contract where you live.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Orbo is free to use. The timer, every schedule, all fasting stages, streaks,

history, export and the weekly rest day are free and are intended to stay free.

Orbo Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription.

Purchases made in the app are processed by Apple, under your Apple Account.

Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel in

iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or via the link in Orbo's Settings.

Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple, not by us:

https://support.apple.com/billing — we cannot issue them.

Price changes. If we change the price of an existing subscription, Apple

will notify you and ask for your consent before it takes effect.

Web purchases, if you make one on our website, are processed by Moyasar and

are governed by the refund terms shown at checkout.

4. What you may and may not do

Orbo is licensed to you, not sold. You get a personal, non-transferable licence

to use it on devices you control.

You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer or decompile the app; resell or

sublicense it; use it unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our

systems; or interfere with other people's use of the service.

5. Your data

Your fasting history is yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you enter.

You may export it at any time. How we handle data is set out in our

Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Availability

We try to keep Orbo working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

The app is designed to keep working without a server, which is deliberate:

the timer, your history and your streak do not depend on us being online. We may

change, suspend or discontinue optional server-backed features, and will give

reasonable notice where we can.

7. Warranties and liability

Orbo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,

express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect,

incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or

data. **Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us

in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.**

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including

liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some

jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not

apply to you, and you may have statutory rights these terms cannot remove.

8. Apple

You acknowledge that:

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before

they take effect. Continuing to use Orbo afterwards means you accept them.

10. Termination

You may stop using Orbo at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate

access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 1, 5, 7, 8 and 11 survive

termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the

courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer-

protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring

proceedings locally, which these terms do not remove.
